Human beings are creatures of unlimited potential. There is simply nothing that a human being cannot have, be, know, or do. The only way to tap into this pure potential is to access and utilize our inherent awareness, wisdom, and creativity. How do we do that? We have fun! Through playful yet purposeful intention-specific processes we can easily transform or gain knowledge about absolutely anything.

Coaching is available to those individuals and organizations who are seeking to learn to tap into their own source of knowledge, awareness, transformation, and creativity. Sessions are geared to the specific intentions of the individual or group. This may range from a 2-hour session to a weekend workshop. It includes but is not limited to the use of music, movement, body work/awareness, creative writing, and simple art techniques. People learn and transform effortlessly when they are having fun, so be prepared to giggle, play and create in various ways! All materials provided.
These techniques allow us to experience a topic through the wholeness of our being, where we tap into the realm of pure potential, all possibility. In this sort of direct experience we can receive chunks of information in one whole "aha" moment, about things we have never studied before in any other way. Though it may sound complex, this way of knowing is very similar to our original way of being in the world. You are free to be the complete YOU that you were designed to be!
